چکیده

In telecommunication and networking, wireless mobile communication technology has emerged as the most exciting area of research. The tremendous growth of various satellite services, cellular mobile use and the wireless Internet are creating rapid changes in computer networking and telecommunications. It is clear that number of mobile users is increasing very rapidly. However, as more users try to access simultaneously, the interference level and hence the error rate increases; only gradually does the system degrade to the point of an unacceptable error rate. Hence, in the present work we have employed the MIMO technique to avoid such degradation. At the beginning we have calculated the free space loss matrix (α) for distance matrix (d) with in 1 Km. Then we have calculated the Weight matrix (X) and finally we have calculated the output of the desire signal (Y)[6][11]. At the same time we have studied the variation of carrier to interference signal strength ratio with the number of users. The performance of the proposed system is also compared with the existing one. The result shows a significant improvement over the existing system performance. In the present study we have kept the number of antenna fixed but number of users is varied to study the effect.[1][9][11] General Terms Wireless Mobile Communication, MIMO, Multipath Effects, CDMA

Single-Carrier Frequency-Domain Equalization for Orthogonal STBC over Frequency-Selective MIMO-PLC channels

In this paper we propose a new space diversity scheme for broadband PLC systems using orthogonal space-time block coding (OSTBC) transmission combined with single-carrier frequency-domain equalization (SC-FDE). To apply this diversity technique to PLC channels, we first propose a new technique for combining SC-FDE with OSTBCs applicable to all dispersive multipath channels impaired by impulsive...

A Novel Technique to Decrease BER using Waterfill Algorithm in OFDM-MIMO

Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing has lot of helpful properties over the single-carrier modulation framework; a wireless communication. Existing research is entirely focused on increasing the quantity of transmitter & receiver antennas in MIMO system. They have not analyzed the data and symbol rate in the MIMO-OFDM diversity with Modulation technique. It's may be the foremost spectrall...

Multiuser MIMO channel equalization

In MIMO receivers, the channel state needs to be estimated for equalization, detection, and for feedback to the transmitter in case of adaptive modulation and coding. Most current iterative [7, 16, 27] and non-iterative [25] schemes in the single-user MIMO case are training-based and rely on the transmission of pilot symbols. Alternatives to pilot-based algorithms are semi-blind schemes which e...

Modeling and Performances Evaluation of HARQ Technique for MIMO Transmission in Downlink LTE Cellular Networks

Long Term Evolution (LTE) is designed for deployment in a variety of spectrum allocation ranging from 1.4 MHz to 20 MHz. The peak data rate envisaged for LTE is 100 Mbps in downlink and 50 Mbps in the uplink. Unfortunately, different constraints have a strong influence on system performance such as the velocity of user equipment and effect of multipath channel. To achieve data rate compliance w...

Multiuser Detection for MIMO CDMA Systems

MIMO is a technique to increase data rate significantly with multiple antennas at both the transmitter and receiver. MIMO takes the advantage of random fading and multipath delay spread. MIMO systems will need to function reliably in interference limited environment in order to be effective. CDMA systems are designed to operate in an interference free environment and for this reason it is used ...
